Paint what's actually there.
Soft pastel landscapes
Built one layer at a time. Nothing here is resolved or perfect, and nothing in nature is either. Walk past, come back, get closer, and you'll find colors you didn't expect. Every layer stays visible in the finished piece, there's no undo and no hiding the hand that made it.
New originals are in the works.
The studio is busy at the easel. Fresh pieces will appear here first.

From pigment to paper.
The Studio
Soft pastel is dust sitting on paper. No undo, no smoothing it back once it's down. What starts as raw pigment on the table ends up as every layer in the finished piece, the making stays part of what you're looking at.
