Who we are
This website is operated by Casey Lombardi, an independent soft pastel artist based in Mooresville, North Carolina. Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page or to caseyl@caseylombardi.com.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to share. When you send an inquiry about an original, a print, or a commission, we receive your name, email address, and the message you write. If a purchase is arranged, we may also receive a shipping address and the details needed to complete and deliver the order.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age, and we do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal identifying information through this website.
How we use it
Your information is used to answer your message, discuss and fulfill commissions and orders, arrange shipping, keep basic records of sales, and comply with tax and legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
A small number of providers help this studio operate, such as website hosting, email, and shipping carriers. They receive only the information needed to perform their work and are expected to protect it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the storage needed to remember your accessibility preferences on your own device. If analytics or advertising tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated before they are used.
How long we keep it
Inquiry messages are kept only as long as they are useful for the conversation they belong to. Sales records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Your choices
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may ask to stop receiving messages from the studio at any time. Write to caseyl@caseylombardi.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are a resident of a state with additional privacy rights, we honor those rights as they apply to us.
Security and breach notice, North Carolina
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you share, including limiting access to it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. In the event of a security incident involving personal information, we will notify affected individuals and the North Carolina Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division, as required by the North Carolina Identity Theft Protection Act, Chapter 75, Article 2A of the North Carolina General Statutes.
