Agreement
By using this website or purchasing from Casey Lombardi, you agree to these terms. The studio is a sole proprietorship located in Mooresville, North Carolina.
Artwork and inquiries
Originals are one of a kind and prints are produced in small editions. Listings on this site are invitations to inquire, not binding offers. A sale is complete only when the studio confirms availability, price, and payment in writing. Availability may change between the time a page is published and the time an inquiry is answered.
Colors and materials
Every screen renders color differently. Photographs on this site are made as faithfully as possible, and small variation between the image and the physical work is normal and expected. Handmade work carries natural variation in texture and edge.
Prices and payment
Prices are in United States dollars and may change without notice. Any price quoted in an inquiry holds for the period stated in that message. Applicable North Carolina sales and use tax is added to orders shipped or delivered within the state.
Commissions
Commissions begin with a written agreement covering size, palette, timeline, and price. A deposit is required to reserve studio time and is applied to the final price. Because each commission is made for one client, deposits are not refundable once work has begun, though timelines can usually be adjusted by agreement. Details are on the commissions page.
Shipping, returns, and cancellation

Copyright and use of images
Casey Lombardi retains copyright in every original, print, and photograph shown on this site. Buying a work transfers the physical piece, not the copyright. You may not reproduce, print, sell, or use these images commercially, or train machine learning systems on them, without written permission. Personal photographs of a purchased work in your own home are welcome, and a credit is always appreciated.
Website use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. Content is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and the studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits any right you have under North Carolina or federal law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iredell County or the Western District of North Carolina.
