Packing and dispatch
Every piece is packed by hand before it ships, with materials chosen to protect the surface in transit.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
Delivery timing
Originals and prints ship within the same week of purchase. If a piece requires framing before it ships, allow up to three weeks.
Loss and damage
Every shipment is covered by shipping insurance. If a piece arrives lost or damaged, you'll be refunded in full.
Returns
All sales are final. Given the one-of-a-kind nature of each original and the small-edition nature of each print, we're unable to accept returns.
Cancellations
Commission deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is made, it holds your place in the schedule and can't be returned if the commission is cancelled.
